The Sienna COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Cassettes is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of COVID-19 antigen in Nasopharyngeal swab. The identification is based on the monoclonal antibodies specific for the Nucleocapsid spiked protein of SARS-CoV-2.
The Sienna COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Cassettes are designed to detect the presents of IgG and IgM antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in blood, serum, or plasma samples. The test is intended to identify individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS-CoV-2.
Both tests offer results easy to interpret results in less than 10-15 minutes with over 90%++ accuracy rates for both sensitivity and specificity.
